Downloading LanSchool Installers

Overview

Current customers should have received a username and password to the Customer Portal upon initial purchase of LanSchool. 
If you have forgotten your Customer Portal credentials, email sales@lanschool.com or support@lanschool.com.

Downloading the Installers

  1. To obtain your LanSchool download/upgrade files, go to https://customer.lanschool.com/.

  2. Log in with your credentials.



  3. Select the LanSchool Downloads tile.



  4. Select your organization link next to Licenses for:

  5. Select Eligible Updates or View Downloads to the left of your current certificate.
    NOTE: Only valid LanSchool licenses display. If you do not see your license, then your license has expired. To download your expired license, follow the If you are needing to download an older copy of LanSchool please click here to list expired organization licenses prompt.
    The LanSchool Lite product (a free, limited version of locally hosted LanSchool Classic) has been discontinued. Current users may continue to utilize LanSchool Lite. However, version upgrades are no longer available.

  6. Select Download next to the latest version available to you.



  7. Select your language. The download starts, and you can access the LanSchool zip folder in your Downloads folder.
