Save a snapshot of a single student's entire screen as a standard image file. The date, time and student login name are included as part of the image's filename. This is a great way to save an example of student work or get a record of inappropriate behavior such as cyber bullying.
To configure Keystroke Alerts, select the Administer menu and then Preferences. Then select the Keystroke Alerts tab.
By default, when a student types one of the "Banned Words" a Screenshot of the student's screen will automatically be saved.
Keystroke Alerts also show up in the Report Server
via the "eSafety" section.
