  1. Modified the LanSchool Connection Server auto update of Teacher console to handle sending the License Key
  2. Modified the Mac logging utility so it gathers the licensing log file on the Teacher console.

  1. Fixed issue where the macOS Teacher Console crashes after Show Teacher.
  2. Fixed issue where non-English Student client would crash.
  3. Fixed issue when trying to validate a license that was claimed on a different machine than the one LanSchool was validating on.

End of Support for iOS Notice
  1. LanSchool has stopped development and support for the LanSchool Teacher and the LanSchool Student apps for iOS devices.
    This means that these apps may not function as designed, are not upgradable, and are no longer eligible for support.

LanSchool Classic 9.0.1.18

Release Date: September 1, 2020

New Features
  1. Class List Interface Updates - Class Lists are moved to their own main menu item and have been simplified. All class lists (both manual or dynamic) are now managed and loaded from the same “Start Class” dialog.
  2. New Auto-Dismiss Class option that allows teachers to define a time when the class will be automatically dismissed. This makes sure those students are free to be managed by the next class.
  3. New Auto-Assignment option for teacher channels has been added to the LanSchool Connection Service (LCS). When enabled via the registry on the LCS, connected teachers can be automatically transferred to an open channel.
